When your mate down the coast calls you on the uhf to warn you about a low speeding military jet, don't bother doing what I did and try going lower.  As soon as I dropped about 200 feet he was zooming past.  Just as I spot him he makes radio call and all I was interested in was if there were any more coming.  He asks, my position and says he is alone.  Calls himself military jet IFR not above 500.  Could he have said bantum or something.  I know a bantum is like an ultralight but am wondering if there is something which sounds similar as a name for fighters.
